The official name is: WOMEN OF THE EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH IN AMERICA - what a mouthful!

That's why most of us just say WELCA and we are the EXPRESSION of AMF.  Every woman who attends AMF is considered part of WELCA.

We meet the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm from September thru June either at the hostess' home or the fellowship hall.

July or August usually has a fun activity or two planned. At our meetings we have some social time and like all good Lutherans, that involves food. We have a business meeting followed by a Bible Study. We are currently studying the Gospel of Mark with Sharon Johnson as the facilitator. We do try to finish by 9:30.

We want to invite every women to come see what WELCA is all about - we offer lots of opportunities to serve, learn, and have fun all at the same time.
